There's a big emphasis on not expecting to feel better but I'd have a tough time moving forward without the hope that someday I'll feel better. Hopefully soon. I do accept the fact that the future comes and life goes on whether I feel anxiety or not. I have no problem with the idea that I will still feel anxiety and fear.
