Mercury in computer monitors

Hi All,

I know this is off the subject, but having been affected by implants and by mercury contained in amalgams, I am very cautious and very weary of anything that has the word mercury in it.

I am on search for a new computer monitor and I found out Digital Display Monitors contain mercury in it. Is this a cause for concern? Could there be any possibility of leakage or small particles that may float on the air? Does any one have an opinion or knowledge on this? I'd appreciate anything you know about this.
