Hi Kim,

I think it takes awhile for these system upsets to get settled

down. It could also be that your immune system is not yet recovered

enough to be able to fight all the things that are coming your way

completely, and so you may have knocked it down, but not knocked it

out. Implants can affect our immune systems in such a way that it

takes a long time to fully recover. I always have cautioned women

that there is a honeymoon period after explant where you feel

fantastic, and then the symptoms can return, sometimes in full

force. You may be feeling great and I think that is wonderful! But

remember that your body was very negatively affected by implants,

and it may take a year or longer to fully recover.

Just keep knocking these things down. It's easy to make the

assumption that you are cured, when in fact, your immune system is

still healing.

Kim,

It's great to hear from you and to know you've gotten

your life back! . . . I'm thrilled for you!

It takes many months to get candida under control.

Three weeks of eating right, and one bottle of Fungal

Defense and Primal Defense just scratches the surface.

I've had my implants out over 12 years and I STILL

have to be very careful. Once the beneficial organisms

that keep fungal organism under control get killed

off, it's very difficult to replace them. It takes

time and discipline! . . .

I wish I could give you better news. . . BTW, one of

the ladies here recommends plain yogurt for a vaginal

yeast infection. . . Applied, not eaten!

Hugs,

Rogene

Hi Kim,

Are you taking lots of baths? For some of us, baths can cause alternating

BV and yeast infections. Swimming can do the same thing.
