We only reimburse Medicare approved charges. If Medicare wont pay for it,

neither do we.

If I have a charge on a patient's bill for 99001 (Specimen handling) that is

non-reimbursable by Medicare, do I pay the full amount? How has anyone else

handled this situation? Thanks!
