Guest guest
Rogene, as you know from coming to my house, I've got 40 different brands of supplements. Is there a brand that you like? I get confused by enzymes. Are there different enzymes for different problems? Should I be taking them for Candida or pain? Do you know much about being tested for heavy metals? I wish that you lived with me so that you could be my daily advisor.....I'm sure that you'd love that! What a life you'd have.....Love, Daryl > Molly, > > Something you might try, when you eat that occasional > guilt-laden dessert, is to increase the amount of > probiotics you are taking to offset increased fungal > growth. > > Hugs, > > Rogene
Guest guest
Daryl, Basically, you need a three part program . . . First, you MUST give your body the nutrition it needs to rebuild itself on a daily basis. Perhaps you would benefit from seeing a nutritionist. You need a food program that respects your desire not to eat meat, but provides the essential nutrients. You will probably have to learn to prepare your own foods. Fortunately, there are a lot of raw foods that require little preparation. Second, you need to get rid of the fungal problems you have. You can do a lot of this by restricting the foods that feed yeast. Namely sugar and refined grains! Fungal Defense, Diflucan and Nystatin are used here. Third, you need to replace the beneficial organisms that have been damaged or killed off by the fungal organisms. This is where probiotics, like Primal Defense, acidopholis, and naturally fermented foods come in. This part is going to take a long time! Think years, not weeks! . . . Eventually, the beneficial organism will be able to control the fungal organisms. By then, you should be feeling fantastic. As for supplements, I have no idea which ones you need. Based on your diet, you must be starved for essential vitamins and minerals. It's no wonder you feel awful! You can't put coal in your gas tank and expect your car to run! Enzymes are to help your body break down the foods you eat into more easily digest able elements. Whether or no you need them, or which one, I don't know. As far as products, I use Garden of Life. I'm sure there are others equally as good, but, IMHO, I've got a winner and I'm going to stick with it. However, you're not going to find the solution in a bottle - any bottle! The solution starts in your head! You might talk to Anita . . . she's using a product called Miracle 2 . . . I looked it up on the web. It looks like an excellent product to use to replace some of the chemically laden products in our environment - as well as alkalizing ones body. I know it's tough! . . . especially when you feel so bad! . . . But, it's your life and NOBODY can do it for you! If your very life isn't worth making the effort, I don't know what to say! Most people would do whatever was necessary if they knew there was something they could do to regain their health. I'd suggest writing down a plan, then taking it one day at a time. I know you're a smart lady! I know you love your son! I know that, when you decide to make getting well a priority, you will do it. It's not easy when you're starting from where you are at now. But once you start working on your program, it will get easier every single day. If you could see yourself free of pain, full of energy and loving life one year from now, would you make a commitment TO YOURSELF to do whatever it takes to get there?
