Guest guest
I'm glad you are okay Helena, I was a bit worried I might have caused you more suffering with my recent posts. What I was trying to say is that when I went momentarily into a serious depression the other day it was so indredibly frightening and no one can tolerate that for long. Years ago these modern therapies weren't around (CBT and ACT) and so I was lucky I was able to call on ACT to help me deal with it as it could have spiraled out of control. I would have certainly needed hospital treatment if I hadn't nipped it in the bud. Kavy > > > > > I am reading a new book which warns of the dangers of meds.
