Guest guest
Hi , Thanks for this Kefir cancer info... Something I didn't know and never has been mentioned here on group... I think we all know by now store bought Kefir is something we don't want... All discussions in the past have been about using Kefir grains and making our own... I believe store bought has 10 strains of bacteria, compare to Kefir grains above 50 strains and fresh! Thanks for the info! Regarding NOW Vitamins: a health food store owner recommended them to me years ago. He said they had the best quality for the lowest cost, because they didn't spend a lot of money on advertising. Also, they check out their competition and make cheaper copies, he said. > > My experience has been that he is right about their vitamin line. However, they do use maltodextrin in some of their stevia products, which defeats its purpose. Maltodextin has a higher glycemic index than sugar. > > In addition, their essential oils and grapefruit seed extract leave much to be desired. Best to try elsewhere with these products. >
