Natural killer cell activity

Did anyone have blood work that showed they had a good number for the

NK Cells but had very low activity? My doctor told me my NK cells are

only working 20% which is very low but he only suggested echineacha.

I feel like this is probably a big deal because dont these cells run a

great portion of your immune system. Also does anyone know what makes

the cells stop working?
