Guest guest Posted February 12, 2004 Report Share Posted February 12, 2004 I may have spoken too soon, as I'm not sure we are going yet.We have three weeks to leave, but may have to stay here and rent.Money is tight, so my mother was going to buy a house for us and do an owner finance thing, but she and my stepfather fix up houses and sell them for a living, and they may be too indebted to the bank to do it.We have bad credit due to an unscrupulous business partner we had a couple of years back who left us holding the bag so to speak.We are in constant worry, and right now, I am looking into rental property to stay here, as Odessa has none.We are living in a 2,000 sq.ft. house which belongs to my husbands parents, but my dumb sister in law sold her house and immediately wants this one.So we are out.I have two boston terriers and lots of furniture, so my fibro is in full flare, because we must start packing and don't know where I'm moving.I feel like someone just socked me in my stomach. I lived over 30 years in Mineral Wells however and consider it home. How are your Step Parents curious if I know them? I don't think it was wink, but you had to go off on another road and it was down that road I will have to see if I can find a map and see if by chance it would it would be on the map not even sure I could drive to it anymore.
