Once you start wanting to know what’s really going on with your body and understanding it, tests become fun. You know that you can beat a lot of the health issues you have, maybe all of them. When you understand what is going on, you can begin your fight to reclaim your health! :) Humor definitely helps keep us healthy. :)

You are absolutely right about the mindset. I KNOW that viewing things as a positive and

not negative is the key, and it is something I can consciously change. Then I start feeling

like a wimpy Pollyanna and miss my cynicsm. Okay, I am half teasing. Humor is also my

defense when I am anxious. ;-)
