Guest guest
Michele & , I have been giving Kennedy prune juice and prunes through her g tube quite regularly lately, and it's helping her out. She never gets the diarrhea from it. Must just be a difference in the kids. I mix her food with it instead of water when I'm putting baby food in through the g tube. Guest guest
Jeanne, I've read about kids with other syndromes and especially if gastro is involved in any capacity at all have probs with constipation and gas. Hard to say just exactly if it's a CHARGE thing, or a gastro thing. It may be related to dairy intollerance which can be an allergy to the protein or inability to digest the proteins associated with dairy. Ann I would really agree that this could be the situation sometimes also. Kendra could not process the proteins in breast milk! She had blood in her stomach and stools related to this problem of the protein (not the sugar) in milk. wendy Kendra, and Camille's Mom Portland, Or
