I had ds on this for a few months. He had major die-off from it, and no averse reactions, so I thought it was doing him good. But, when we started seeing a DAN she recommended against using it since apparently there is a particular strain of bacteria in it that can overgrow and "become pathogenic" were her exact words. I've talked with other moms who swear by Threelac and use it religiously with great results. But, I've decided to take our DAN's advice and stay away from it. DS started on Kirkman's Probio Gold, and was recently switched to VLS3 and Sachromeyeces for yeast (clostridia not candidia) and bacteria issues.
