Last night on the season premeire they were performing an explant on a broken silicone implant and the doctor was just pulling out long stringy handfuls of silicone gel. Then they show him popping in a new implant into the breast. I started to cry. It was just a bit more than I could take so soon after my own explant. I yelled out that he wasn't performing an En Bloc procedure and he was doing it all wrong. My husband had to calm me down and tell me it was just TV. Of course it is just TV, but it's things like that that young and vulnerable women are watching. I didn't think I would get choked up over seeing an explant on TV like that, but I did.
