Guest guest
Thank you so very much. I found out about the liver and kidney failure last May. I thought that I had everything figured out last year. I don't guess you ever figure it out. My sons moved me back from Florida (I was so happy there , but had no family there.) to Waxahachie, TX.....25 from downtown Dallas. My oldest son and his wife welcomed me into his home (OK, I actually own it but still owe alot on it and had been paying 1/2 of the mortage.) , so I am lucky there. My middle son lost his job and moved in with us also, but this has helped with the doctor's appointments in Dallas. I hear so very much love on this site that I want to thank everyone to help me believe in the love again. As with the rest of our group.......money....yuks.....this is an expensive disease so I really appreciate all of the knowledge that I am gaining. Lyncia In life family and friends take us on all kinds of adventures, God helps us choose our path....Enjoy your journey! Hope you are doing better. Don't worry about expressing feelings...I sometimes feel very vulnerable when I do it. Used to try and write down my feelings and then ended up throwing them in the trash afterwards. At least it helps get rid of some of the built up stress inside. I write down things that happen with my husband and what the doctors have done and who visited him the the hospital and what I thought he was going through...lot more interesting stuff. He is the one with the true, heart rendering experiences. ..like you and other here who have this disease. Someone here said I am like an encyclopedia and that is true. It is easier for me to answer questions and give them information that they are searching for than to get very personal. I tend to be like a warning system also...to tell others what to watch out for. I don't mean to preach to anyone and I'm not all knowing in anything. I'm learning just like everyone else is here...it is only that I may have been searching for answers alot longer, that is all.
