Hi Jen,

I guess it's been approx. 4-5 days since I finished my 1st 7 day

cleanse. Yes, it's Nature's Sunshine Dieter's Cleanse. There are 2 7-

day cleanses per box. Rogene, Patty & Kathy know way more about

cleansing than me. I was going on Rogene's recommendation and thought

with all the meds I'm on, it couldn't hurt to try!

How's the detox going? . . . At this point, you should

start seeing some changes . . . not necessarily

comfortable - but something you need to go through.

Thanks for the compliment regarding my detox knowledge

- However I have to defer to some of the other ladies

.. . . Patty, Kathy, Kenda . . . and so many others who

have tried so many treatments and can tell us what

works and what doesn't.

My son took a tour of the Nature's Sunshine plant in Utah and was so impressed that those are the only supplements he will use now. Shirleycnjcramer <cnjcramer@...> wrote:
