If you go on a fast of any kind, you still have to take medications like thryoid, etc. wouldn't you? It might be a program you would find easy to follow. I wouldn't advise stopping your medications for any cleanse. Some medications require slow withdrawal. Also www.curezone.com has a number of cleanse/detox programs listed. The OrthoPhos product I use is one of their products. . . It's a real fast cleanse.
