Guest guest
Yes, it is very normal. Can you cut back the dose you are taking? If so, cut back a bit to where you don’t feel so bad. Eventually you will be able to tolerate the full dose of your detox supplements without feeling ill. Kenda Hi, Can anyone tell me if you felt during detox. I haven't been on the pills for even 1 month and am feeling worse. I don't feel this way every single day, but the bad are really bad. The pains in my body are worse and I'm more tired. Is this normal? Thank you. Opinions expressed are NOT meant to take the place of advice given by licensed health care professionals. Guest guest
Hi . yes it is normal to feel bad, even worse, during detox. Your body is flushing out the ickies and you need to helpit along by drowning yourself in water. Drink much more than usual to help the process, and if the pills are making you feel really horrible cut back on them for a while and ease into them lowly again. I have been having a terrible time detoxing because it causes diblitating headaches. hang in ther and stick with it as much as you can. Also change what you are eating during this time, no sugars, yeasts, or starches if you can do it. kristen > Hi, Can anyone tell me if you felt during detox. Guest guest
Hi , I agree with . You should consider cutting back on the pills for a few weeks, then slowly introduce them into your body. I had severe headaches and muscle pain all over following explant and trying to detox. I did cut back and watch my diet. The pain lasted for a few months but then it starts to get better and better. Remember you are putting your body through a lot at one time and it needs time to adjust. Exercise is also very important, drink lots and lots of water and eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, don't eat sugar and flour. You will start feeling better. ktitko <ktitko@...> wrote: Hi . yes it is normal to feel bad, even worse, during detox. Guest guest
This is very normal. Detox can cause the same symptoms only worse, or even new symptoms. The most common are headache, body ache, joint and muscle pain, muscle spasms, nausea, brain fog and severe fatigue. Detoxing is a fine balancing act between taking enough to cause improvement, and not taking so much that you overwhelm your body which is trying to unload the toxins you are releasing. Some helps for detox reactions include large doses of vit.c powder, drinking lots of water, epsom salts baths (especially with hydrogen peroxide added in), and extra rest. Unfortunately some people suffer a herx reaction to the epsom salts (I do). Hang in there. If it is standable, stay at that dose. If it isn't reduce the dosage or give it a break for a few days and start back up at a lower dose. Hugs, kathy > Hi, Can anyone tell me if you felt during detox.
