Guest guest Posted February 1, 2001 Report Share Posted February 1, 2001 Welcome Malcolm. My story is I had UC for 16 years, had jpouch 12/99 after discovering dysplasia. Was dx with PSC 8/97, but had not symptoms until 6/00. My symptoms so far have been itching, fatigue pale stools and lack of appetite (while having my first cholangitis attack). After IV therapy and oral Cipro for a month, my attack subsided as did the fatigue, pale stools and loss of appetite. The itching has been intermittent, and I believe it is due partly to lack of sunshine in Michigan. You will see me post my Michigan weather from time to time. I am also one to rush in with some warped sense of humor stuff...and I caused a ruckus back in October, I believe....but out of it I found a sister and adopted her! Hi !!!! You will find that this group at times can become very intense with emotion when one of us is suffering through a serious set-back and then we will swing to an all-out joke-fest. As a "sufferer" of PSC for 6 years down here in sunny Houston, I have not had any of the lack of sex drive problems it appears some other patients have. Therefore, as a new-comer to the group, and wanting to contribute in any way I can, I will be glad to offer my services to any of the unsatisfied ladies in the group in exchange for some Ambien, Doxepin, or Lorazepam.
