Hi Jen,

Here it is:

1.  Saw Palmetto/Pygeum/Nettles:  2 caps with breakfast and 2 with supper

2.  Vit. A 25,000u caps:  1 cap twice daily, with food

3.  Berbercap:  1 cap three times daily, with food

4. ProActiv -- you can buy online at proactiv.com or in the mall here.

Jen, his acne improved incredibly after just a couple of days, it's truly

amazing. I don't know if it is the ProActiv or the supplements, or both.
