Hi HelenaHave you considered why this post was written? Anhedonia is a major symptom of depression. There are 1300 people on this list and some of them may have this problem and would be interested to know how to someone with it uses therapy to manage it. Also therapists may have clients with this problem also and would find it interesting to know how a sufferer manages with this. How do you further considered that a sharp response to my sharing in the hope of being able to help others might be discouraging to other members in sharing their problems to help others. Mention has been made in other postings about putting triggering in the subject line. I will observe this in the future. But it is not my intention to write on this subject again as enough has been said on this by meThis is a very personal problem to me and I must say that your sharp response hurt my feelings. Have you thought how such a response sits with the ACT value of being compassionate toward others? Best wishes from Francis
