I'm so glad you found a book that is making sense of

all this to you! . . . You'll be feeling much, much

better before long. It takes discipline and patience

with ourselves. . .

But WOW! the benefits are priceless!

Great post Daryl ...

I was just reading the rant from the 'other side' (dark side in my

opinion)where they sued to try to suppress this book. They were

furious that they lost!

Another great book about this topic from a few years ago is by

Robbins ... it was he who turned me on to the term 'medical deity.'

Looking forward to reading this now too.
