Good luck with your cleanse! Was my 1st also. The 1st three days were

rough, but they say to keep with it cause your body really needs it!

Hope it works good for you...I started 2nd week today!

Hi Cheryl,

Rough how? I have never done one either. I get my hormone results tomorrow from Dr. Leu, I’ll have to ask him about them and why he hasn’t recommended I do one.
