Hi Lea,

No, I wouldn’t read your labels. :) Everyone makes their choice how to eat and care for their body. I try to help when it is wanted but stay out when it isn’t. You ought to see my mother and sister’s cupboards!! I don’t even try to help. :)

Thank you for this list of bad things. My darling daughter is coming to

Edmonton today, she will be at Planet Organic and then they will be coming

to our home. She frightens us when she comes because she is like Kenda she

goes through our cupboards and reads all the labels. Kenda honey, I know you

have not been to our home, but if you were to come, I would be a bit

frightened. We love you and thank you for all the hard work that you do for

this group.

I had better get busy and make things nice for our darlings.
