Hey Ro!

You can't imagine all the things I've tried on my skin!!, but thnx for

the suggestions. I'm SO tired of playing dr., but that's what I've had

to do. Anyway, I think I'm on to something with that cleansing I was

doing. I'm starting to see a pattern (I think), but if I don't have a

BM everyday, I think the toxins may be coming through my skin. I just

noticed, if I haven't gone, they start to come out again and then I

start back on Threelac, Primal Defense etc. I need to just stay on

these consistently and see if it helps. I'm always playing catch up,

but I'm on so many meds & supps that I'm not as consistent as I should

be. I was thinking mold/fungus for so long and maybe I need to look

elsewhere. I'll get to the bottom of this...hey there was just a spot

on Headline Prime about staph...going to see what I can find!

Externally, you might try tea tree oil? I mix tea tree oil with aloe (that I

refrigerate) and it is a

refreshing and soothing balm for my skin when it 'acts up'. The tea tree oil

has anti-fungal

properties, I believe.
