Guest guest
Welcome back Melody. Glad you had such a great vacation. As for careers, well I'm not exactly changing careers but certainly thinking of chaning locations. I was offered a job in MD, but my husband and I finally had a long talk about it last night and our sons sort of tagged team us about moving so far away as well. We decided that perhaps MD would not be the best move for us. We will ultimately leave CA in about a year probably, but will most likely go no further than Vegas. Cheaper housing and still close enough to both our sons. My point to all of this is, that before my surgery, I wouldn't of had the confidence to go looking for a new job. Even though I'm more than qualified and very good at what I do, my confidence level was so low that I just " knew " no one would hire me. I don't think like that now. I feel better about myself and therefore the presence I put before a future employer is a person filled with confidence and assurance of ability. Anyway, good luck with your career shakeup. I'm sure you'll be successful whatever road you choose. > > Hi everyone! Guest guest
Welcome back Melody! Sounds like you had a great time and that's wonderful! It's nice when family is happy for you isn't it? Career paths...lol. I am totally reconsidering what I am doing as well. I think I am going back to school soon and perhaps try to write something (like I said...perhaps!) > > Hi everyone!
