Guest guest
Patty, Thank you for your concern and insight...Rogene was right, you are the queen of detox knowledge. Maybe we can figure this out together!! 1st: Let me say, I reimplanted because I truly believe that my implants became infected/contaminated when I breastfed my twins (that's what Dr. Kolb thinks, too) 6 yrs. ago and 2nd reason; emotionally I could not explant only. I have little to no breast tissue of my own, esp. after huge capsules had to be removed and emotionally, I just could not get myself there. Once, my counselor asked me how I would feel without implants, I could not even answer her, I just couldn't even entertain the thought. If you remember, when I got back from seeing Dr. Kolb in Feb., I was very depressed for a while because she said she wouldn't reimplant me cause she thought I was too sick. Depression is an illness too & I could not afford to get depressed and be hospitalized and away from my kids. Been there, not going there again! (I am sooo chatty today, sorry!) LOL My path & culture were negative, BUT, I didn't know at the time to tell PS to look for household mold. Been treating & thinking that was what I had (forgot to mention Augmentin w/the Prednisone for 6 mo., but I had probs w/systemic yeast inf., too, but had them prior to Aug. also.) Now, I'm thinking Staph, not MRSA, cause the Aug. & Prednisone did work for a long while. Wanda mentioned Staph last night & I was up all night researching and I saw pictures and read info and it made good sense. I'm going to Derm Mon. I'm afraid what ever it is may have gotten in to one of the new ones. Oh, forgot to tell you: My thought was that if the pathogen was removed enbloc and new implant put in diff. spot, that I could fight the remaining off. That is enough hot air from me today: I haven't gotten anything done, not even out of my pj's yet!! LOL Patty, any ideas you may have on detoxing, clearing sores, etc.. would be greatly appreciated! Thanks, Cheryl
