Guest guest
I am really frustrated. I got copies of my rheumatologist' records. She wrote that in addition to all the other stuff, I have fibromyalgia. Nobody ever mentioned that to me - certainly she never did. Arggg. I don't even know what fibromyalgia IS. Guess it is googling time. > Molly, > > I'd suggest getting tested for Celiac disease. If you > do have Celiac disease, it's a very serious problem. > You don't want to be doing it half-way . . . Guest guest
Thanks, Kenda. I know there are. I just saw the med records and was ticked off. Connective tissue disease (lupus, doc said but did not document it), multiple sclerosis, hashimoto's thyroiditis, fibromalagia.... harumph. I am whining, I know. I'll get over it. I will start a cleanse - going to get some more info on it. > >>>>> > >> > Molly, > >>>>> > >> > > >>>>> > >> > I'd suggest getting tested for Celiac disease. Guest guest
Thanks Rogene. I have had my implants out - April 2004. I am a lot better, but still not up to par. I need to get on the stick with diet (I am gettnig better) and do a cleanse. I still suffer with ungodly fatigue. My possibility of ever getting insurance is already shot to hell -- I have a definitive dx of multiple sclerosis. I am just bummed tonight. I will get over it. I will do the detox. Have to get the cleanse. I am feeling a little better, with nystantin - skin is clearing up. I will take the fungal defense first - how long do you think? Then I will start on the primal defense. I was taking both <blush> > > > Molly, > > > > > > I'd suggest getting tested for Celiac disease. Guest guest
I know. THe thing that irks me is that the cervical spine, brain MRIs AND the spinal tap indicate MS. Thus all the neuros say i have it. Even though it doesn't seem to bother me as much as the lupus/fatigue etc. I almost wish I never had the tests. Now I would probably have to redo all those test including the spinal tap. ;-( > Molly, > > When you do get much better, I'd suggest going back to > your doctor. Guest guest
You don't think any doctor will come up with a different diagnosis? A different doctor? You are probably right, though. > Rogene, > > You must be kidding! Guest guest
Can't say I am surprised. After all, it IS insurance. > >> > Rogene, > >> > > >> > You must be kidding! Guest guest
Thanks for understanding. I am ticked off. Why don't doctors TELL us these things? Harumph. I know the weight MUST go. And it will!! My doc told me to go to an endo, because she said part of the problem is that i had a lot of tests that showed things out of whack. Still, I am starting a diet. No more ice cream. Guest guest
I have not seen maggie moo - will look at whole foods. We are starting to eat better. I have stopped getting candy & snacks. For awhile, I think I need to leave ice cream alone. (Boo hiss. my husband got me some tonight, because he thought it would help the 'blues'). Well, it was not a lot. We had fish tonight, and spinach salad, with strawberries & kiwi. > >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> > >>>>>>>>>>> > >>>>> > >> > Molly, > >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> > >>>>>>>>>>> > >>>>> > >> > > >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> > >>>>>>>>>>> > >>>>> > >> > I'd suggest getting tested > for Celiac disease. Guest guest
Kenda, You are absolutely right - need to focus on where I'm going. I am doing that much better than I did. Obviouisly, I have a ways to go! The last couple of years just seem like a nightmare. I know how fortunate I am, though, to be alive, to have a good husband and friends. Exercise - oh boy. I used to jog regularly, and loved to exercise. I gained so much weight, and I hurt so much that I have not exercised lately at all. I have tried to walk even a few minutes, and was doing that until I got sick again with a virus...then boom. So, I need to start again. What I want to do is to get in a habit of walking just a few minutes a day. I also know how much that affects mood. I look forward to getting hte Maker's Diet. I also love the South Beach book. Right now my biggest problem is getting any kind of a sleep schedule. This last month I really got out of whack. SO I need to pick up the tuckus and get moving!@ > >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> > > >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> > > >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> > > >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> > >>>>>>>>>>> > >>>>> > >> > Molly, > >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> > > >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> > > >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> > > >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> > >>>>>>>>>>> > >>>>> > >> > > >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> > > >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> > > >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> > > >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> > >>>>>>>>>>> > >>>>> > >> > I'd > >>> > > suggest getting tested > >>>>> > >> > for Celiac disease. Guest guest
Very true, But some medications are also lifesavers. It's just that there are way too many docs who overmedicate. > Molly, > > The thing that irks me so bad is that doctors will > load one up with medications . . . watch them get > sicker. Guest guest
Sounds like an unusual dentist! You took 8 primal defense, or fungal defense? How do you know how many to take? Guest guest
There are a lot of these books on Ebay. You thought it was pretty good, I take it. Guest guest
Rogene, You should see my desktop. I have a mac, and apple has a 'stickies' software that is like a software version of the yellow stickies. WEll I have them all over now, with this tip and I have Patty's notes on cleansing and.... lol I had my implants out April, 2004. If you think I am a mess now, you should have seen me then! The doc found my implants were ruptured and I had a staph infection in my right breast. A couple months before surgery I woke up about 4 am with hives - never had hives before. IT was spooky. I went to the dermatologist, and sat in his waiting room. The lady next to me watched me, tapped me on the shoulder and said " Honey you can take my time spot " . lol By that time, my hearing was affected; sounded like a tunnel, and I was starting to have trouble breathing. I was going into anaphlactic shock. The nurse finally brought me in and the doctor chided me for not going to the ER. I didn't say anything, but.. I concluded that my chances of survival were better at my (very good)dermatologist. He wouldn't let me die in his crowded waiting room - would be bad for business. <evil grin> In addition to hives, I had rashes that drove me out of my mind itching and scratching. That had gone on for 3 years! It seemed every week some new weird symptom appeared, and I was bouncing back and forth among doctors until I hated the thought of another doctor or having another med test. Had ANA of 1:320, high thyroid antibodies, high 'anti- ' and 'anti-SSA' antibodies...MRIS and spinal taps, things I had never heard of. I had a constant low grade fever And on and on and on... Then that July was when I ended up in the hospital with c-difficile. God, I was so sick! I am going to get another bottle of fungal defense and start that. I really didn't know what i was doing with this stuff!! THat is GOOD to know. Sigh. I will get it together...by the time I am 80. lol Gosh today is the 11th. Tomorrow I am supposed to get the results of my bar exam. I had postponed that for two years becasue I had been so sick. Clearly I have improved -- at least I was able to study, although probably not as much as I should have. I did what I could. I suspect part of my agitation the last couple days relates to that...I have no idea if I passed. I did the best I could, and I guess I'll find out. If I have to take it again, well so be it. If I passed, well that would be a heck of an achievement. I am going to get that book and do the fungal defense then the primal defense. Thanks!!! > Molly, > > I forgot you already have your implants out! Good for > you! > > Fungal defense calls for starting with one tablet the > first day and increasing one more each day until you > are taking four in the morning and four at night.
