Hello everyone!

If you read 's email below, you know that she will be out for a while

because she is having surgery. I want to add my voice-my plea, really.

When there is a problem on the list, it takes a while to sort things out,

calm people down and so on. Because is gone, I will already spend extra

time releasing posts from new members.

My time and energy is in limited supply right now because of some strict

deadlines and other things. So please, in the next week or so, please be

extra careful that your posts conform to our guidelines and Covenant.

Summed up they are to be mindful of the feelings of others, act kindly and

supportive, and most importantly: **DO NOT RESPOND to provocative posts.

SEND THEM TO ME at RandiBPD@... AND I WILL NIP IT IN THE BUD.. "

And remember, answering a provocative post with one in kind is just as bad

as sending the original post.

If you are one of the people who reads each post carefully, please make a

special effort. Send me ANYTHING you think is questionable. A long-time

volunteer will be scanning the posts, FYI. Your help is invaluable.

Problems come up only once a month or so. For a community of 10,000 people

on some 12 neighborhoods or so this is unbelievable. So I don't expect

anything to happen, but it's best to be careful. Please keep up the good

work!

Dear Members,

Some of you know me, and some do not. I am the group moderator and

manager of the Welcome To Oz Online Community. These groups are extremely

supportive and helpful to so many people, but once in a while problems

crop up. It is my job to maneuver the group through the problem and deal

with any trouble on the list.

For the next week or two I will be unavailable, so if there is a list

ask you to do otherwise. I am having some surgery and am just not sure
