Hi Lesley,

I hope you are having a better day today! I know how hard it is to

come to terms with explant. I cried many tears, because I had them

less than a year and wasn't ready to give them up so soon. But those

nasty things just had to go. They ruined my life.

You will feel much better once you are on the road to health again!

As for the supplements and herbs, at this point, you want to be

supporting your eliminative organs as much as possible, but you don't

want to overdo it either. Your body is tired, and has a large burden

on it right now. Drink lots of water, get some fresh air, eat good

clean foods that burn well (like plant foods, lots of veggies and

natural foods), and maybe you can add a few cleansing herbs to your

daily supplements. Right now it looks like you have a good start with

the multivitamin and extra C. The milk thistle is good for the liver.

You may want to add some strong herbal supplements that combat

viruses, bacteria and fungus. This will help lower the burden that

your immune system might not be strong enough to handle right now. I

might suggest olive leaf extract, grapefruit seed extract, garlic,

oregano oil, and echinacea. The olive leaf extract and garlic are

both very good at fighting bugs that don't belong in our bodies.

Eating garlic raw is the best way to get it if you can stand it. Some

people are sensitive to garlic, but as you heal, you will be able to

add it back in.

You may also want to add Evening Primrose Oil to your supplements for

an anti-inflammatory. But you need to be careful that you are not

taking these at the time of explant, as well as the Vit C and garlic.

You don't want your blood too thin at that time. Your explanting

surgeon can help with those recommendations hopefully.

I hope this is helpful to you! One of the first things I remember

reading about healing is that the viral, bacterial and fungal loads

need to be reduced, and this can be done with these amazing herbal

supplements.

Take care,

Patty
