Have you ever used one of these machines? The gym I go to has one and the massage therapist there has used it on me a couple of times. I don’t care for it at all. If you have any low back issues at all, be extremely careful. My back is very strong from several years of weight training but I do have a herniated L5/S1 disc that doesn’t normally give me trouble, unless I strain it or use this machine.
