Guest guest
Interesting......I have had the ear pain ONLY in my left ear for at least four years but everytime that I see the doctor they just say it is fluid or they see nothing. I have lost alot of my hearing in the same ear. Dont know if this is a symptom of implants or not. Just thought it was strangeMollyBloom54 <jawlaw93@...> wrote: My doc today said my ear and throat were red - probably a virus. Guest guest
I think it is REAL strange. Does it make sense that just a virus would affect only the same ear, off and on for a couple years? I am back on Nystantin and Fungal Defense... > > > Molly, > > > > > > The story of my ear is very long . . . Initially, the > > > hearing in that ear turned off! . . . Guest guest
Molly, Diane, I don't think my ear pain a virus . . . I think silicone damaged my auditory nerve . . . then, then the medications I took set me up for a fungal problem. The hearing I have in that ear fluctuates, depending on the state of the fungal problem. There is permanent nerve damage. Guest guest
I think you are right, Rogene. I don't believe I have a 'virus'. It would be a pretty weird virus, to always affect the same ear, off and on. I think when I have been the sickest with rash, my ear hurts too. I was so miserable with dizziness and pain that I went to an ENT. She did a whole bunch of tests, and did conclude that I had damage to the vestibular nerve. But that would not cause pain - although it could explain the dizziness and vertigo. That could also be part of the MS. -- In , Rogene S <saxony01@y...> wrote: > Molly, Diane, > > I don't think my ear pain a virus . . .
