I know I haven't written lately but I've been here, reading and exercising and eating clean. I don't know if any of you remember this but my husband and I have been trying to have a second child for the last two years with no luck. Well guess what??? I'M PREGNANT!!!!!!! I am so excited to know what I know now nutritionally compared to my last pregnancy. I gained 60 lbs the first time and that will not happen again! ( I started BFL when my son was 8 months old). Anyways, just wanted to share the exciting news. YIPPEE! Terri (back into lurk mode) Congratulations! Guest guest
A friend was mentioning that a friend of hers was pregnant and told to get more calcium. So she was going to eat frozen custard every day! Her mom found out about it and advised her to stop. If you continue to eat healthy as much as you can even if you are eating a lot, I'm sure you'll gain far less than last time. Andy > You're right about listening to my body, and I will. But last time I was > just pigging out!!!!! I don't think I would've gained that much if I didn't > eat frozen custard every night, plus a lot of macaroni and cheese, corn dogs > and Mcs!
