anyone any suggestions for my bleeding coming on day 19-21?

The last few months my bleeding keeps coming between days 19-21. It was nice and regular with taking 25 of P on day 14 - 28 and taking E throughout. But suddenly it dipped down to day 19 for the last several months. Anyone got any advice. I did the search on our group but didn't find any helpful suggestions. Sincerely, Benner

I take 25 mg. P for 2 weeks starting day 14. I take .5 of E(the E2- estrodil) every day - I am unable to increase my E without having major side effects - have tried numerous times - if more E is what is needed then I just have to tolerate short cycles I guess . . .?
