Guest guest
It appears their results are not too great. I would have preferred a more patient-centered approach where getting good results is emphasized, particularly on the patient reported side. Instead they seem to have focused on the practices themselves. Why " transform " a practice if patients don't benefit? How do you get good results? Get an idea, try it out, measure results, then either implement or modify idea. Small improvements accrue over time and become a big deal. A better transformation is to a practice that is able to consistently make these small improvements. Mike Barron
