Guest guest
Lea I am praying for your friend. ANd also for you and all that you are going through with your house and health. love, kathy --- In , " Lea " <devans@c...> wrote: > Dearest Friends: > > Please help. I have a very dear friend whom I have never met and she is so very sick. She has scleroderma and a cyst on her brain, and I have been her telephone friend for ten years. Today, when I called her, I asked if I could help. She asked me to pray for her. This lady is a lady, and I'm asking all of you to pray for her. One of her daughters hurt her and it caused a major flare. She has two daughters, and one lives here in Edmonton and works for the justice system...if we have one! In my opinion she is not going to make it, but she is strong and wants to move back to Edmonton. At the moment she lives in a lodge and she hates it and moving back to Edmonton would help because my doctor has agreed to take her as his patient. The doctor who she has will not help her because the doctor is afraid of her own reputation...this is what happens to all of us. They think that we are all a bunch of loonies..this is so sad. > > Thank you for helping me to pray for this lady. Traditional religion is important to her, but for me it is the way that we treat people each day. > > Love always....Lea > ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~``````````````` ````
Guest guest
I have to agree with you, Lea. I hope this wakes people up to what is going on in our country. There is no excuse for the poor preparation and response to this disaster. And yes, we do need to address this - even though negative - if we are to improve things in the future. These people desperately need help. If we can pay billions for a war in Iraq, why cant we take care of our own people? > >> Dearest Friends: > >> > >> Please help.
