Can we treat family members who have Medicare

Does anyone know if we can treat family members ho have Medicare? I have been involved very actively in my husband's treatment and am wondering if I make a chart and see him formally if I can charge Medicare? I called my local Medicare contractor and they thought I could. Thanks Kathy aka beansKathy aka beansD
