Guest guest
The following video is interesting http://www.ted.com/talks/srikumar_rao_plug_into_your_hard_wired_happiness.html While I don't agree with all he said I think he has a important message which may be applicable to value/goal setting aspect of ACT. His core message is to " invest in the process, not the outcome " by which he means a lot of us are too focused on results of our actions which are beyond our control when we should be focusing on doing our absolute best regardless of the outcome. Win, Loose or Draw if we have done our best we can happily face ourselves in the mirror. I for one have had the realization that I am far too result focused, which often leads me to not even trying to chase my dreams. Just some food for thought (BUT DONT FUSE WITH IT UNLESS ITS HELPFUL! ) Regards, Andy
