Guest guest
Mindi, I grew up mostly in the Anoka County area, graduated from St. Francis High School in St. Francis Mn. I have lived as far North as Duluth and the last six years living there I lived three in Owatonna, and then three in Albert Lea. If you have ever heard of the famous Itasca Rock Gardens in Albert Lea, well that is the house I lived it. I have been to Mayo Clinic (even had surgery) many times. Most my family still live in Minnesota, but spread throughout the state. I have one sister that lives so close to the Iowa border called Keister, MN (which I refer to as the a**h**e of MN.). Norene "White Noise" Hey Could someone out there help me find this. It is relaxation tapes with rain, thunderstorm, ocean sounds, etc. Preferrable with no music in background. I understand they are very helpful to help you sleep. I found a few on the net but only liked one of them. For those with babies (or adults like my oldest son) who likes the sound of an electric fan, hair dryer, etc. I'd like to get several but the ones I found were pretty expensive. Thanks, Joan
Guest guest
HAHA! That's funny! I have a second or third cousin who lives in Anoka now. I have to make a trip up this summer (if it ever comes). I've talked to some of the relatives on the phone recently, but haven't seen my relatives for about 30 years! My daughter's brother lives in Willmar and her biological dad (commonly known as the jack*ass) lives... Okay, I can't remember where! Anyway, it's a little farther north, with her sister. My grandfather was born in Albert Lea, and although I've been by on the interstate I've never actually gone into town. I want to though, I'm a big genealogy nut, so that would be fun. Maybe this summer - if I can stay on my feet long enough to not break anything! Mindi "White Noise" Hey Could someone out there help me find this. Guest guest
Mindi, You effeminately need to visit the Itasca Rock Gardens. It is beautiful. There is the kewlest history behind it. I actually did the research myself. It is near the Nursery. Norene "White Noise" Hey Could someone out there help me find this. Guest guest
I grew up in Anoka county also. I lived in Fridley and went to Columbia Heights HS. Nice to have people from home on here. I have been back to visit several times as my 2 oldest kids and my sibs still live there. Cool!! Deanna "White Noise" Hey Could someone out there help me find this. Guest guest
I lived in Anoka, Coon Rapids, Columbia Heights, Lexington, Bloomington, Fridley (is actually where I got married my first time), Blaine, Bethel, East Bethel, Cambridge, Owatonna, Albert Lea, and more than I can remember. I never lived in on town more than three years. In fourth grade I went to four different schools. So needless to say I at one time knew Minnesota well. I will never go back to visit in the winter again if I can help it. Norene "White Noise" Hey Could someone out there help me find this.
