Guest guest
You might find Body Ecology Diet important. I see that you've eliminated many allergens, but if he's still consuming sugars, rices, fruits, honey and he doesn't have good gut flora established the excema and behaviors will continue. Once you get your gut flora established your body will synthesize it's own vitamin production. Establishing your gut flora may include treating pathogens as well as eliminating what's feeding the pathogens, as well as to consume culutred foods and include probiotics too. http://www.bodyecology.com/ > > Hi! I have a 5 year old son, with mostly attention/ impulsivity issues- the behavioral stuff comes and goes with, and the 'quality' of it changes with whatever we are dealing with at any given time. Its usually strep/ yeast/ oxalate-dump, or whatever else is going on:-( > > My son is off gluten, casein, soy, egg, corn, and we avoid citrus and nightshades as well. Add to that, we are vegetarian, and he does seem to have ammonia issues (per Yasko too). He seemed to react to phenols too, but we are in a strange place now where I'm not sure what exactly is going on. Please help- it really feels like we are hampsters on a wheel. I haven't done any testing yet for lyme, but I do believe I have babesia at the very least (without the fun dreams though!), that I may have passed on to him. > > Right now, we are battling some eczema that I haven't seen in years- that was really how we got off gluten etc. in the first place- by elimination. I truly don't know now what is bothering him, and it does not seem like its anything he's eating. My chiro- who does MT- can't tell me any more than " its probably something he ingested " . Guest guest
I want to post a quick clarification that Dr. K is not expensive at all, considering that there are quite a few doctors nationwide who have been trained with his protocols, healing philosophies, and ART charge more than he does. His current rate is $450 per hour. In general, He does not take more than one hour for the initial consultation. The inconvenient part is that you need to travel if you are an out of towner, because he does not conduct phone consultation. He needs to see the patient for ART. To make an appointment with him is very difficult, but not impossible. Limin www.healthbylimin.com Young Living Distributor ID: 1111136 > Hi! Guest guest
Thanks Limin- that really helps! You are right, that does not seem expensive, considering everything else, and under an hour sounds great! We really need a new approach, and a 'clearing of the head' for me. Can I post my son's Yasko results- would you be able to give me your opinion? I just thought of it, but not sure how busy you are with your business. Thanks for all your posts here- I am learning a lot from you! > > > Hi! Guest guest
Thanks ! His eczema has always been a food sensitivity thing and we haven't had any in years (except once last yr. on a dairy infraction). I just feel we are missing something- something more whole than all of these little pieces! We do incorporate a lot of BE foods. I just restarted the YCK. He gets very little rice- when he does, its fermented, parboiled rice, in an Indian rice/lentil steamed cake. We do a lot of quinoa, millet, teff, and amaranth. With school, the snacks get a little difficult- I throw in some fruit, but other than that- very little sugar. I have used some of your recipes- perhaps from a different board...? Thanks again! > > > > Hi! Guest guest
I was talking with one of our DAN docs yesterday. Brilliant guy I feel. Anyway, he was talking about using vit C in liposomal form whether IV or oral forms to treat virus. When I think of food sensitivities, I just think of immune dysfunction. When I think of immune dysfunction I think of virus. So I wonder if you treat the virus if you can restore immune function and thus combat the food sensitivity issue? When I think of food sensitivities I also think of lack of gut flora to digest. There was a mom who used to be on BEDROK whose kids had severe excema. She did BED and lots of other things and the kid is 100% recovered. He didn't have autism though. Best to you allgfcf mommy! > > > > > > Hi!
