Guest guest
Hello Rogene, The insurance company said that based on the letter from the PS it was denied, even though he said he saw the serological evidence. The insurance company said that because of patient privacy laws they didn't see the test results that I gave to him. They said that I could start an appeal and send all of my info myself, but would I be shaking up more trouble than it's worth? Could they deny me future coverage? Since my husband lost his job our continuation of insurance coverage is 1,200.00 a month, which until he starts work with his new job in November, will suck-up the only money we have to pay for the surgery. If we continue the current coverage through the end of November, we may or may not have a decision from the insurance company on the appeal, and our whole savings will be gone. I am pretty sure that my husband's new job won't be with the same health insurance. I'm so confused about what is the best decision to make. Thanks for the support and God Bless...
