Has absolutely nothing to do with his accent, it's just the way he says it.

He might be ex-military, I don't know.

Some of them say KAY-bec, because that's close to how it's really

pronounced. It's certainly better than KWEE-bec, which we get a lot from

people who have never been in the military and have never lived near Canada.

And if anyone has an accent, it's me ... because I can hurt your ears with a

couple of different accents when I get really annoyed.
