Did the 6 small, mostly balanced meals (even turned down pizza), 10 min. on the bike and biceps. Sure it's not thorough BFL, but I moved! Even had enough energy to do a bit of weeding in the garden and grind some spelt berries. My DH went grocery shopping and I've stocked up on lf yogurt and cottage cheese and lots of vegies. I plan to put together salad first thing tomorrow while my energy is good and then I'll have ready legal snacking. One day at a time.
