Guest guest
Lana, I doubt that any of us are qualified to oversee the development and testing of a breast implant . . . The chemistry is one thing, but what happens in a woman's body, as an implant ages, is another. . . Not to mention the genetic issues that could cause women to react differently. . . . How could we tell if the materials cross the placenta, or are delivered to a baby through breast milk? Did you ask him what kind of living studies they are doing? Are they being tested in women yet? Are testing the children born post-implant? It's a huge job! As I understood it, the gummy bear implant is just a reformulation of the old materials . . . structured so the gel isn't runny. Hopefully the FDA's scientists are up to the task! It would be a dream come true if one of our ladies has access to the kind of lab that could actually test the implants, and the recipients, right! I'm afraid that, after all the " mistatements " the Mentor's been caught making, I wouldn't believe anything the said! I'm afraid that we could look at one all day and not know what we're looking at!
