Terry was having drainage from his wound site and it really freaked me out. I called the on-call number and within a few minutes, the nurse called back and had instructions for me on what to do. As much as Terry fought this, he also is glad we did it now. He said after I had cleaned his wound and rebandaged it that he sure was glad we had her to call on or he would have had to go back to the ER again. I'm so thankful he is comfortable with them now and sees that it was the right thing to do! It has been a huge relief to me and already such a great blessing. Thanks for asking . Our chaplain came by today, as did our nurse and we had a wonderful visit with each. Terry even looks forward to their visits now!
