Guest guest Posted April 1, 2000 Report Share Posted April 1, 2000 Our communications center has both a tv and vcr, not only for the dispatchers use but in case of inclement weather and training purposes. Our policy is that anytime the phone rings it must be muted prior to answering the phone. It is also wired up to the microphones in case we forget it automatically mutes.
