thanks Jan,

the weather element with building houses is exactly why i want to consider a modular.  funny, my father was really into it, guess he had connected the dots before anyone knew.

i flipped out when we moved into the temporary abode--my husband had brought in crap like the quilt he'd made in 8th grade that had been in the basement prior to being stored who knows where for 30 years.  the hardest part is educating those around you...you gotta live in the real world, but the real world has alot of toxic garbage.  suzan posted or sent me a link re: molds in biblical times...the stones were removed and taken out of "the compound" for lack of a better description.  if it reappeared, the house was taken down.  period.

we all took different hits in this house too.
