Hi ,

Welcome to our group . . . I'm sorry you're sick too!

We've had a lot of ladies who sound like you when they

find our group. The good news is that, after getting

rid of those toxic bags and detoxing, they usually get

much, much better!

We have some wonderful women who want to help! There

is a lot of information in our archives. If you have

any questions, let us know. We want to see you get

well!

Have you seen a plastic surgeon about removing your

implants yet?

Hugs and prayers,

Rogene

Hi ,

I’m sorry you’re not feeling well. How old is your daughter? Do you still have your implants? Several women have been sick and have had their implants removed. Others still have their implants and are waiting to have theirs removed. I joined this list because I was considering getting implants. Several women here told me of the problems they have had so I decided against them but I have stayed here to try to help in any way I can.

What type of diet do you eat? Good nutrition is so important for overall health. A lot of the women with implants can tell you that cleaning up their diet and detoxing has helped them tremendously. I had numerous health problems several years ago and by cleaning up my diet and taking nutritional supplements, I was able to cure all of the problems I once had. I was fortunate that I had an excellent ND helping and directing me. I still treat with him, as do a few women on this list. If you are interested in his name or information about him, write me at my personal email address and I will be happy to provide any information you would like regarding him. I posted some really interesting detox information here a few days ago. If you check the archives, you will find them if you scan by my name. There is a really simple detox plan that wouldn’t be too tough to follow.

Rogene, Jen and I have all read a great book entitled The Maker’s Diet. The book is written by a doctor who cured severe, life-threatening Chron’s disease with diet and supplementation. It is very interesting and will also help you understand the importance of diet in healing your body. When your body is weakened by toxins, allergies and other health problems develop. By detoxing and eating a healthy, balanced diet including purified water, organic meats, fish and poultry, grains, nuts and legumes and fruits and vegetables, you give your body an environment to heal itself. Try to keep in mind that food is fuel for your body, just as gasoline is fuel for your car. You would never put water in your gas tank so try to remember to fuel your body healthfully. For a lot of people, it is easier to go one step at a time, eliminating bad foods a little at a time.

Sugar is very important to cut down and try to eliminate because it feeds candida, something a lot of women with implants have problems with. When I had candida, my ND prescribed a 21-day course of Diflucan to jump start my candida treatment. Diflucan can be tough on the liver so if you have liver problems, it may not be appropriate for you but it can work wonders. It is necessary to both kill the candida and replant good bacteria in the intestines so a good probiotic is necessary. Several women use Garden of Life Primal Defense and Fungal Defense. I am using these now but have used Rockwell Nutrition’s HMF Replete in the past. I’m not sure which works better, but both are great products. I know Rogene also uses crushed raw garlic and swears by it.

This is a lot of information to take in so I will leave it at this for now. If you have any questions at all, please feel free to email me personally or on list.

Take care,

Kenda

Hi ,

Have you discussed with your daughter that you think you are sick from your implants? I don’t think your daughter will want implants because you are taking a step to get rid of them because you are sick.

Do you not feel like cooking because you feel sick or because you don’t like to cook? The Maker’s Diet book will really help you. What types of food do you like to eat? Maybe I can help you figure out some healthy choices so you will feel better. A lot of choices aren’t difficult to cook and can even be made in advance.

Let me know if I can help you.

Kenda
