I'm so sorry that you are sick. When did this start? What have you

taken? You need to be really careful. I have met a few folks with chest

infections lately.

Nope! I can't sleep! Everytime I lay down I start ccoughing and

choking. I feel miserable! How did you know I didn't get to sleep

yet?

Hi Carol!

I have been sick since Monday. My doctor said it was a virus and

that day 3-4 would be the worst. I guess I should be feeling better

by the end of the weekend. I am not a happy camper.

Doctor RX Robitussin, mild pain reliever,lots of fluids and rest.

Yeah right. I am afraid I will choke to death if I go to sleep!

Isn't that the pits! Have you tried sleeping sitting up? Last time this

happened to me it was the only way I could get any sleep. IMHO you

should get off the computer and back into bed. Make yourself as comfy

and cozy as you can. Watch TV or read and you'll probably fall asleep
