Wiley protocol and progesterone problems

I thought since we're discussing high levels of progesterone I'd

relate what happened to me.

I went on the wiley protocol exactly as it's written in the book with

a naive but very willing and nice doctor in Atlanta. I could not find

a doctor here who had any experience. (My doctor did try to reach

Wiley but nothing ever came of it...her phone messages were not

returned)

THe first 2 months went well and I was really pleased with all the

changes happening....same story I hear from so many women. I got my

old life back.

Then at the height of the progesterone cycle I got a kidney stone

that sent me to the emergency room in excrutiating pain. I have

absolutely no history of kidney problems.

Next month right at the same time in the progesterone phase lots of

kidney pains. Other women on the list were also mentioning this so we

finally put two and two together. Bent Formby was contacted by one of

our members and did research on this level of progesterone and

kidneys. You can read what he has to say

http://www.rhythmicliving.com/P_osteopontin.html.

You can also read what lots of other women had to say abou this

protocol http://www.rhythmicliving.com/ and there's a list of

progesterone overdosing symptoms. The progesterone creams will build

in your fat and eventually you overdose....or at least many of us did.

The only help we got from Wiley was to increase the E and continue to

use progesterone at high levels. I had to increase the estrogen just

to be able to function at those levels of progesterone.

Just an aside....As for the " 3,000 " patients this has been tested

on .....I've yet to see any data. She says they're in boxes in her

garage but they aren't published. I would also like to know what

academic credentials Wiley has.....was never able to get an answer on

that one either. Just curious where she went to college, what she

studied etc.
