Guest guest
Hi Kate, I had that internal shaking you mentioned, it started 2 months after explant & it was very extreme, it drove me nuts & it felt as though my whole body was on a vibrating machine, it was worse at night & then kept me up all night, its hard to explain how terrible it is. I just kept on taking my supplements & doing light detoxing & it went away about 6 months later, so recently. However it still happens for a few secs if I get startled, like if I'm in a deep sleep & my little boy wakes me up etc. it was a very weird sensation/feeling & something I'm glad has left me.
